Product Range

To meet the ever changing needs of the apparel and promotional industries we have expanded our production capabilities over the years to include the following printing processes all of which are produced using top quality raw materials and machinery specially designed for printing onto narrow fabrics in roll format:

  • Rotary Printing: For economical printing of up to 6 spot colours onto light coloured satins.

  • Foiling: For striking metallic prints onto satin ribbons.

  • Digital Dye-sublimation: For full colour designs or designs requiring specific background colours. Also an economical way to print very short runs or jobs with lots of variable data.

Our current product range includes the following:

Bespoke Ribbons
We offer custom printed ribbons onto a variety of substrates using any of the printing processes listed above. Our ribbons are used in a variety of applications:

  • o Gift Wrapping
  • o Packaging
  • o Promotions
  • o Medal and Award ribbons
  • o Clothing trims
 

  • Fabric Labels

Our fully washable printed labels are finished with either a heat or ultrasonic cut to prevent fraying. Labels can be supplied either flat or they can be centre, end or mitre folded if required. We also offer a vast range of printed wash care labels and size tags

  • Lanyards
We manufacture both screen printed petersham and sublimation printed satin lanyards which can be assembled using a variety of hooks and mechanisms
 
 
 
 

  • Stock Ribbons

  • We stock a wide range of printed and unprinted ribbons which can be used in a variety of decorative and promotional applications. Our heat-slit satin is available in 25 different colours and in widths from 10mm up to 250mm. It is also suitable for printing using thermal transfer printers.
